Welcome to the EU affairs and projects website of EuropeActive which contains information on a range of activities and projects EuropeActive is running to raise awareness of the role the fitness sector is playing to support a more active and healthier Europe.

EuropeActive proactively follows EU policies and legislation to represent our member and stakeholders interests with the main EU institutions, OECD and WHO. EuropeActive also puts words into action, with the implementation of EU co-funded projects as coordinator or partner to build the capacity of the fitness industry and to give better understanding of our sector for our stakeholders, the European institution, national governments and theirs agencies.

Last week on Tuesday November 27th, the European Commission organized the 2018 #BeInclusive awards. Participants, volunteers and professionals from all over Europe came together in Brussels to celebrate projects who make our society more inclusive through sport.
