The European Commission’s annual Education and Training Monitor finds that Member States have made further progress to improve their education and training systems.
From 20 to 24 November 2017, the European Commission is organising the second European Vocational Skills Week. 1355 events are currently taking place in 45 different countries. In Brussels the 3 days conference gathered more than 700 stakeholders. The week success demonstrates the crucial role of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in supporting skills, jobs, innovation and competitiveness.
As an organisation active in the field of VET for over 13 years, EuropeActive fully shares the values of the European Vocational Skills Week. We have developed an accreditation programme of approved training companies that now includes more than 100 Vocational Education and Training providers based in 20 countries across Europe. EuropeActive strongly believes that VET including apprenticeships play a vital role in providing excellent skills to exercise professionals and making more people, more active, more often.
